Ausbau der Tesla Giga-Factory verhindern! Bei Berlin plant Tesla die Verdoppelung der Fabrik. E-Autos sind nicht die Lösung des Problems, sondern dessen Fortsetzung mit grünem Anstrich.
Tesla steht für: Arbeitsunfälle, Wasserknappheit, Waldrodung, Umweltbelastung und Ausbeutung hier & weltweit.
Dem setzen wir die Idee einer gerechten und solidarischen Welt entgegen:Wir wollen Mobilität für alle! Die fängt mit kostenfreiem ÖPNV und nachhaltigen Mobilitäts-konzepten an, nicht mit mehr E-Autos.

Vor den Toren Berlins plant Tesla die Verdopplung seiner Fabrik. Mitten im Wasserschutzgebiet, woraus auch Berlin Teile seines Trinkwassers bezieht, werden jetzt schon unter miserablen Arbeitsbedingungen jährlich 250 000 Autos produziert. Nach der Erweiterung sollen es 1 Million sein und damit wäre es die größte Autofabrik Deutschlands.
E-Autos sind nicht nachhaltig und kein Klimaschutz. Für die Produktion braucht es Ressourcen, für die weltweit Menschen ausgebeutet werden und enorme Schäden an der Umwelt entstehen. Für den Betrieb der Autos steht der benötigte Strom in einer Nutzungskonkurrenz: Wollen wir einen Haufen Blech mit meist nur einer Person drin betreiben? Oder nutzen wir nachhaltigen Strom gemeinschaftlich?
Statt einer Antriebswende bedarf es einer Verkehrswende, die von der Abhängigkeit vom Automobil befreit. Autofreie Städte wie in
Ansätzen zB schon in Barcelona und schlaue Mobilitätskonzepte für ländliche Regionen. Kostenfreier und einfach zugänglicher ÖPNV. Der Welt einer wirklich nachhaltigen Mobilität sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Neben den Klimaaspekten schaffen wir so Freiraum in den mit Autos voll gestopften Städten: Spielplätze statt Parkplätze, Bäume statt Asphalt, Lebensqualität statt Blechlawinen und Verkehrssicherheit für alle. Denn es ist ziemlich egal, ob wir von einem E-Auto oder Verbrenner angefahren werden.
Tesla steht für die graue Realität des „grünen“ Kapitalismus. Ein vermeintlich grünes Produkte wird unter umweltschädlichen und elenden Bedingungen produziert. Lokal gräbt uns Tesla damit das Wasser ab. Und weltweit prägt es die Ausbeutung an Mensch und Umwelt. Gegen diesen Irrsinn sammelt sich Protest gegen das Tesla-Werk in Grünheide, denn der Klimakrise kann man nicht davon fahren!

Prevent the expansion of the Tesla Gigafactory! Tesla is planning to double the size of its factory near Berlin. E-cars are not the solution to the problem, but its continuation just painted green.
Tesla stands for: labour accidents, water scarcity, deforestation, environmental pollution and exploitation here & worldwide.
We oppose this with the idea of a justice and a solidary world: We want mobility for all! This starts with free public transport and sustainable mobility concepts, not with more electric cars.

Tesla is planning to double the size of its factory in the outskirts of Berlin. In the middle of a water protection area, from which Berlin also draws some of its drinking water. 250,000 cars are already being produced every year under miserable working conditions. After the expansion, it will be 1 million, making it the largest car factory in Germany.
E-cars are not sustainable and do not protect the climate. Production requires resources that are exploited worldwide and cause enormous damage to the environment. The electricity required to run the cars is in competition with other uses: do we want to run a pile of metal with mostly just one person inside? Or do we use sustainable electricity collectively?
Instead of a drive revolution, we need a transport revolution that frees us from our dependence on cars. Car-free cities, such as Barcelona, for example, and smart mobility concepts for rural regions. Free and easily accessible public transport. There are no limits to the world of truly sustainable mobility.
In addition to the climate aspects, we can create free space in cities crammed with cars: playgrounds instead of car parks, trees instead of asphalt, quality of life instead of avalanches of traffic jams and road safety for everyone. Because it doesn’t really matter whether we are hit by an electric car or a combustion engine.
Tesla stands for the grey reality of „green“ capitalism. A supposedly green product is produced under environmentally damaging and miserable conditions. Locally, Tesla is taking away our water. And globally, it characterizes the exploitation of people and the environment. Protest against this madness is gathering against the Tesla plant in Grünheide, because you can’t drive away from the climate crisis!
